Processing Time

All jewelry at Heal and Glow Designs is handmade. Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days unless otherwise noted.

During holidays, promotions, or busy seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

We ship worldwide using USPS.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days (may vary depending on customs)

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

International Shipping

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges are not controlled by Heal and Glow Designs and must be paid by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the postal service. Heal and Glow Designs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Returns

Because our jewelry is handmade, we accept returns only under certain conditions.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Worn or damaged items not caused during shipping

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
