Processing Time

All pieces are handcrafted to order unless otherwise noted.

·         Processing time: 3–7 business days

·         Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

·         During holidays or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

·         Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

·         Expedited shipping options available at checkout

·         Tracking information will be provided via email

International Shipping

·         Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days)

·         Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

Heal & Glow Designs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our jewelry, we accept returns under the following conditions:

·         Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

·         Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

·         Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-returnable items include:

·         Custom or personalized pieces

·         Final sale items

·         Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will make it right.

Jewelry Care

To preserve the beauty and longevity of your jewelry:

·         Remove before showering, swimming, or exercising

·         Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and chemicals

·         Store in a dry place, preferably in a jewelry pouch or box

·         Clean gently with a soft cloth

Custom orders require additional processing time and are final sale.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, changes may not be possible.
